-L is now LDIFv2.  Old alternative form is no longer supported.

Use LDAP_TMPDIR (in ldap_config.h) instead of hardcoded /tmp
Use LDAP_FILE_URI_PREFIX (in ldap_config.h) instead of hardcoded
	file://tmp/
