moved labeledURI into system schema
  attribute types that inherit from labeledURI may be used in dynamic
    groups e.g. access to * by group/groupOfURLs/memberURL=foo

	access to attr=foo val.regex=bar.*

is changed to mean attrs="*"

 - the consumer slapd did not terminate when the provider is alive
 - use a timeout in ldap_result() of syncrepl.c
