instead of just calling bdb_next_id, it calls bdb_dn2id to see if the current entry already has an ID. If so, it uses it. if not, it recurses to see if its parent exists, and does dn2id_add from the database suffix back to the current entry.

right away due to ltp_mutex still being held. Just see if all open threads are active... Use cond_broadcast to signal all waiting threads. Make sure to remove correct ctx from active list after the thread returns.
