Don't muck with OpenLDAPperson or openldap.schema.
Replace OpenLDAPtime with testTime (in test.schema).
Define testPerson instead (in test.schema).
Update test004 to use new test schema.

(other schema should be provided as defined in its specification).
and trim DESC to one line

is required to be included.
This leaves openldap.schema empty.  Will use it to hold example
schema from the OpenLDAP Public Directory.

Needs work.  Volunteers welcomed.

Update comments in cosine.schema

Add needed syntaxes defs to schema_init.c

Add schema_prep() call to main()
Similiar changes to slapcommon.c
Add schema_prep() impl to schema_init.c
Add slap_ad_entry and slap_ad_children globals.
Add "entry" and "children" to openldap.schema (this likely should
  be added to schema via code, not configuration)

Add openldap.schema (currently empty except for a few comments) to
hold OpenLDAP specific schema items (such as for cn=monitor).
