Add "-o module-path=<pathspec>" and "-o module-load=<filename>"
options to load a dynamically loadable password hash module
(e.g., slapd-sha2).

to a file and used by commandline tools

tools directory is now obsolete.

Use -u scheme (in line with future code).
Need to trim authPassword from release schema code/confs.
