add a giant mutex around the ldapinfo structure to serialize chaining (need to check for deadlocks...)

Could not duplicate problem using correct form:
	delete: userCertificate;binary
Improper form
	delete: userCertificate
produces error as expected.

Provide some backwards compatibility.
