Replace dynlist_sc_save_entry() with dynlist_sc_compare_entry() which
compares instead of saves the entry.  Check rs->sr_type == REP_SEARCH.

Rearrange dynlist_compare(), tweak dynlist_response().

rm version field

Client library implementation only

for Bitstring, maybe a few others.)

Also removes a bit unnecessary code.
