ITS#9596 New test suite

This is to track work on the new test suite preview for 2.6.

Contains:

  • letting slapd listen on "port 0": ldap://...:0
  • mod_harness module to observe slapd and communicate with a harness
  • actual test suite

Gitlab CI/CD configuration to run these will be added shortly.
